Raku Firing: Clay Lanterns

PROBLEM: Create TWO functional pierced pottery forms [decorative lantern or bowl] using design skills, slabs, and textures using proper slab-building techniques to create structures.

PROCESS: 

1. Cut out a paper template for 10" form using no more than 6 pieces
2. Cut out of a clay slab, assemble, reinforce inside corners with coils, refine craft, and cut out shapes to create a unified structure with holes.
